I’m a E-RYT 500 yoga and meditation teacher with over 21 years of practice and teaching.

I've completed five teacher trainings and after teaching my first ever class in a meditation center in Sri Lanka, I went on to teach in the UK, Brazil, Italy, China, and Thailand.

Having taught hundreds of students in group settings, I now specialise in giving high-quality private individual tuition, online and in-person.

I’m highly intuitive and my depth of knowledge allows me to adapt the sessions to best support my students. My classes range from deeply relaxing and restorative to more dynamic and physically strong practices and can include long periods of pranayama and meditation.

I also run Yoga Retreats in Europe for small groups.


My mission is to inspire and guide students to make positive changes in their lives.


Online Classes: How it works

The classes are done via Zoom or Skype, on a one-to-one basis, and the type of class and duration is based on your needs/availability. 


I try to make my verbal instructions as clear as possible so you hardly need to look at the screen. I'm focused on you throughout the class, adjusting and adapting accordingly. Of course, if necessary, I will demonstrate.  


If you are new, there is a FREE 20 minutes video chat a few days prior to your first class so we clarify your needs and expectations and I can tailor the classes specifically for you. We can also check the best position for your mat and device so we don’t waste time on this on the session.


This chat will also give us the opportunity to meet each other and see if I offer what you are looking for.
