I am an EYT500 yoga teacher with over 24 years of practice and teaching.
I've completed five teacher trainings and after teaching my first class in a meditation center in Sri Lanka, I went on to teach in the UK, Brazil, Italy, China, Thailand, and India.
Having taught hundreds of students in group settings, I now specialise in giving high-quality private individual tuition online and run my own retreats worldwide.
My extensive practice demonstrates a deep commitment to the yogic path, allowing me to share invaluable insights and wisdom with students.
My expertise extends beyond the physical practice of yoga as I also delve into its philosophy and meditation aspects, enabling me to offer a well-rounded and holistic approach to my teaching. My years of experience have also refined my ability to provide personalized modifications and adjustments to cater to individual needs and abilities.

Whether in person, in one of my retreats, or online, I will guide you through a creative and balanced practice that will help you deepen your understanding of yoga postures, alignment, breathing techniques, and the mind-body connection. You will also have the opportunity to explore meditation practices, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation under my guidance.

Online Classes: How it works
The classes are done via Skype, on a one-to-one basis, or in groups of up to 4 people, and the type of class and duration is based on your needs/availability.
I try to make my verbal instructions as clear as possible so you hardly need to look at the screen. I'm focused on you throughout the class, adjusting and adapting accordingly. Of course, if necessary, I will demonstrate.
If you are new, there is a FREE 20 minutes video chat a few days prior to your first class so we clarify your needs and expectations and I can tailor the classes specifically for you or the group.
This chat will also give us the opportunity to meet each other and see if I offer what you are looking for.
