I’m Antonella, a yoga teacher with over 24 years of experience, teaching internationally and online. My approach is personal, attentive, and grounded in the belief that yoga is not about performance — it’s about listening, caring, and creating space for real change.

I work with people who appreciate care, depth, and continuity, whether they are beginning a practice or refining an existing one.

 

Private Online Yoga Sessions 

Whether you have more time to care for your wellbeing, or very little time but a strong need to slow down, a personal yoga practice can offer steadiness, strength, and space to breathe.

My teaching adapts to your life — not the other way around.

 

One-to-one sessions tailored to your body, energy, and goals.
Classes are calm, attentive, and designed to support mobility, strength, and mental clarity — without pressure or performance.

Private Online Yoga Class Pricing

60 minutes classes: 


€45 / £40 per class

For students practising 2 or 3 times per week


€50 / £45 per class

For students practising once per week
