...and judging by the number of students who return to my Greece retreats, I can say that it is the perfect retreat with just he right measure of practices, free time and relaxation
to challenge as well as rejuvenate and relax you.
I'm delighted to invite you to my 4th year at Rosy's charming little village to practice with me,
explore the natural surroundings, soak up the sun, and unwind.

The Program
9 - 13 October 2026
Yoga Styles: Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, Meditation, Chanting.
On the 1st day, 9th of October, we will meet for a relaxing and grounding practice followed
by dinner leading to a restful night's sleep.
We will begin our mornings with QiGong followed by a more active Hatha session while the afternoon yoga sessions will be a mix of gentle practices with periods of meditation and practices like Yoga Nidra and breathing practices for a deeply relaxed and restful experience.
Please note the guesthouse will have other guests besides the retreat participants.
Daily Schedule
1st day (9th Oct): 4pm afternoon session followed by dinner.
2nd to 4th day (10 - 12 Oct):
6:45 - 7:15am - QiGong
7:30 - 9:30am - Yoga Practice
9:30 - 11am - Breakfast
11am - 4/5pm - Free Time
5:00 - 7pm - Gentle Yoga Practice
7pm - Dinner
5th day and last day (13th):
6:45 - 7:15am - QiGong
7:30 - 10am - Yoga Class and Closing
10am - 11am - Breakfast
Prices & Payment
The price for the retreat is done separately from the hotel and food.
The price per person for the yoga retreat is:

440 GBP p/person
A non-refundable deposit of 125EUR / 110GBP is required to secure your space on the retreat.
Full payment must be done by: 10th August 2026
ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD PAYMENT:
This is paid after the retreat at the hotel and not before. Chose the room you would like to have (options and prices are below), inform me, and I will book with Rosy.
Terms & Conditions: Please read carefully.
I'll refund the full amount you've paid minus the deposit if you cancel up to 60 days BEFORE the start of the retreat.
If you cancel WITHIN 60 days of the retreat starting, I can only issue any refund if I am able to find a replacement for the vacancy created by your cancellation. If I do find a replacement, however, I will refund the total paid minus the deposit.
NOTE: If the retreat must be cancelled due to government policies regarding COVID19, war, or any other force majeure, I will keep your deposit. If you have paid in full, I will give you the total cost you paid minus your deposit.

IMPORTANT: Travel Insurance
Please take out comprehensive travel insurance that covers any eventualities: accidents, falling sick, need for hospital treatment as well as cancellation insurance. This way you can ask your insurance to reimburse the deposit or other costs involved.
Accommodation options and prices
Rosy's Little Village accommodation and prices for half-board (room and breakfast only)
Single :135 EUR per day
Double: 200 per room per day (100 EUR pp/pd)
Maisonette for 2 ppl: 210EUR per room per day, (105 EUR pp/pd).
Maisonette for 3 ppl: 275 EUR per room per day,
(92 EUR pp/pd).
Maisonette for 4 ppl: 275 EUR per room per day,
(87 EUR pp/pd).
All rooms have air conditioning, fridge, balcony, bathroom, beach towels, and organically sourced bathroom products.
Rosy's Little Village
Rosy's Little Village is a traditional and tranquil hotel and retreat run by a Greek family.
Its proximity to Athens makes it a perfect destination to unwind without having to travel far.
In between yoga sessions, you can swim, paddle or kayak in the clear waters from the private beach accessible a few meters from the restaurant.
The beautiful beaches of Agistri and the various possibilities for hiking, cycling, and swimming will make your retreat complete.

Transport
Flights and transportation to and from Athens airport are not included in the prices.
Agistri Island is only 1 hour away by Flying Dolphin from the Port of Piraeus which is about 1.5 hours from Athens Airport.
When arriving in Agistri, the team from Rosy's will come and pick you up at the pier.
